The truth about Facebook

Dr. Smith, who has a PHD in zoology, conducted an experiment to find out whether Facebook boosts your self-confidence or de-creases it.
He chose 2 test subjects (Bob and Joe) at random who all use Facebook regularly; they are both healthy specimens who live regular lives.
From his research he has discovered a new phenomenon; these tests have been conducted very safely, Very fairly and very reliable. These tests show that Facebook boosts user’s self-confidence, as when we are at home we normally waste our time playing PS3 games or Xbox games when we could do more socialising online talking with friends or even make new friends, even though other test results have shown that Facebook makes it harder for us to communicate in person and easy to communicate over the phone and on the computer.
Dr. Smith results have shown that this is untrue as his Tests show that actually using Facebook increases self-confidence in all aspects of communication, he hasn’t revealed what these tests were, but he’s a man we can trust.

how i feel about joe?

we respond to Joe as if he is someone we know, someone we’ve met in are past and we try to connect with the person he is and we feel for the way he is being treated regardless of the fact we know he’s alive as he wrote the book, he has been very brave through his struggle and we sympathies for the fact that there is nothing he can do about what is happening other then trying his hardest to walk back, and there is nothing we can do to help him even if we have some water in are hand i think this helps us to understand how lucky we are to have what we have e.g. water he would probably give one of his fingers for a bottle of water and we could probably go round the corner and get some.

Welcome to your work blog!

Here you will be able to create, edit and receive feedback on pieces of work that you will complete as part of English. You will be able to use this as a way to develop your writing and thinking outside of class.

Everything that you publish here publicly can be seen by anyone with access to the web, but namely your fellow students, teachers and parents. So think carefully before you post, but equally remember this is a chance to experiment with your work and receive feedback. Don’t be scared to get it wrong. (Remember if you don’t want anyone else to see your work, you can always publish it privately and the blog will notify me so I can still respond.)
